THEME:
Fidelity in marriage reflects God's fidelity to us

Today’s scriptures draw us into the biblical images of faithful love between spouses and the care that we must extend to children. As we listen to these readings, let us be especially mindful of those who struggle with marital fidelity, as well as families in which children do not receive the care and respect they deserve. Let us be open to the power of God’s living word to transform us all into faithful witnesses to the marvels God has worked through our human relationships.

Question for Children:
When you make a promise, why is it important to keep it?

Question for Youth:
What has your family taught you about God and living a faithful life?
How do you show your family what they mean to you?
How do you treat these people?

Question for Adults:
How is God’s fidelity reflected in human marriage?
To whom are you committed like this?
